Public Comment sought for Wasatch Mountain State Park Plan

Midway - Utah State Parks and Recreation is seeking public comments through Wednesday, June 30 on a draft resource management plan (RMP) for Wasatch Mountain State Park.

The plan can be reviewed online at www.stateparks.utah.gov/planning  or in hardcopy at Utah State Parks at1594 West North Temple, Suite 116 in Salt Lake City or Wasatch Mountain State Park Visitor Center.

The draft RMP identifies issues relating to public use, resource management and future development at the park for the next 10 years. A planning team consisting of park users, local citizens, other agency representatives and park managers developed the draft plan through a series of team and public meetings.
